ONION PROCESSING BY ZETA

ZETA harvests Red onions on time with best possible cultivation methods. We wait for the time when onions start to mature; the tops become yellow and begin to fall over. At this point, our workers bend the tops down or even stomp on them to speed the final ripening process of Pakistani red onion. This means that we get fresh vegetables for trade.

Harvesting

Harvesting of Red Onions in late summers reduces the risk of spoilage: which means more production per acre of land cultivated. The soil around the Onion bulb is then loosened to encourage drying. Finally, when the tops are brown, we pull the onions out. Export of Onions outside Pakistan is immensely increased.

Grading and Cleaning

After Cultivation, we transfer onions to our grading and cleaning area. Here all the impurities and dust particles are removed from red onions in a dry atmosphere using silky polish formula. All this attention towards our onions makes us the best amongst the competitors.

RED ONION PACKAGING AND STORAGE

Zeta is one of the largest Red Onion Exporters in Pakistan. We give very good attention to packaging and storage of our onions.

Packaging:

Zeta is well known for best packaging if its products. We deliver in packaging ranging from 5 to 50 kgs. Jute bags are available and used as per customers demand. With best quality products, we have developed best quality packaging as well.

Storage:

Our onions are stored in our warehouses where temperature is optimum for their storage to avoid spoilage. They are kept safe from water and direct sunlight.
